Service Description

Flexibility training utilizing yoga poses, standard stretching and foam rolling to increase range of motion, increase flexibility, improve joint stability, and activate underutilized muscles. This is an important focus of training to help regain movement loss due to age, bad movement habits and patterns, prevent injuries and reduce pain due to muscle imbalances.
