Join Makeda as she guides students through a sequence of full body asanas (poses) with a focus on the body-breath-mind connection. This is a dynamic and high-energy 70 minute session that builds heat in the body, develops strength, and stimulates the cardiovascular system. Experience level: beginner - intermediate What to bring to class: Yoga mat, water (or container) Proof of up-to-date COVID vaccination or boosters (no exceptions); face mask is optional. Provided: Bolsters, blocks, towels
