I have been a personal trainer for almost a decade. I am also a grandmother and caretaker for a non-verbal, low functioning autistic boy. My dream was to join our two worlds together where my skills and experience can benefit not only my able-bodied clients but also people with disabilities-a new kind of gym. Everyone regardless of ability benefits from a healthy lifestyle.

I have danced and taught generations of people to dance for over 20 years, including an adaptive cheer and dance squad. My favorite styles are ballet and ballroom. My passion is movement and helping people find the right fitness avenue that they will enjoy and sustain for a lifetime of health.
