Groovin' w/ My Grown-Up

Service Description

This class is for a preschool age child and their grown-up! Class will move through interval training with a focus on large muscle movement, stretching, cardio. We use our imaginations to walk like the animals, we learn about taking turns, helping each other. Both ages will get a good workout!
