Flow Band supported movements for body, mind, and soul! Stretching, strengthening, breathing, and release for body, mind, and soul using Flow Bands resistance and fascia tools. Amplified energy channeled throughout, intuitive messages to help move energy and aide release, plus brief hands on healing for in person attendees, time allowing.
